Attorney Richard S. Kempes has been serving Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh Counties, and the entire Philadelphia area for over 30 years. A 1973 graduate of Temple University Law School, Mr. Kempes began his law career in Wilkes-Barre in 1973 as a real estate attorney with Hourigan, Kluger and Quinn. In 1979, Mr. Kempes relocated to Doylestown to form a small firm, where he continued to practice real estate law. In 1985, he established his current practice. In addition to his outstanding professional achievements, Mr. Kempes is also an active leader of the Doylestown community. He has served terms as the chairman of the Doylestown Borough Planning Commission and the Bucks County Symphony Society, and he is also the former president and a current member of the Doylestown Business and Community Alliance and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.
